Statement: This policy covers the Golden Gaming Network’s proper rank structure and the duties that come with that rank. The rank structure is also the proper chain of command that needs to be followed within the community. We strongly recommend all members understand this policy and cover it with your squad at every meeting.
Chief Executive Officer “C.E.O.”: Works along side the C.O.O, Chairman on any policy changes within the community. Helps solve major disputes within the community or with other clans/communities. heads up the business side of the community including acquiring sponsors and maintaining the community website. Oversees the entire senior staff making sure there’re running the community up to standards. “Must be active on the Forums”
Chief Operating Officer “C.O.O.”: Works closely beside the C.E.O. and Chairman on any policy changes and overseeing the day to day affairs of the community , as well as assisting the C.E.O. with the business side of the community. “Must be active on the Forums”
Chairman: He/ She is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the platforms divisions and squads. He/ She primary concern is operations improvement. Operations management is an area of business that involves the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective. He or she must also act as a liaison between the Chief Executive Officer and other constituencies, both internal and external. “Must be active on the Forums”
Chief Administrative Officer “C.A.O.”: This executive officer is in charge of all administration. This members works hand in hand with the Chief Networking Officer “C.N.O.”to insure that all Web Operations and the website itself are running properly. This administrator has final say over all aspects of Web Operations. “Must be active on the Forums”
Chief Competitive Officer: He/ She is responsible for managing members of the competitive team, making sure they are running practices staying on top of their game. Is responsible for scouting new talent, reject or accept their participation on the teams. Responsible of making team members our staying true to their contracts and discipline or cut them according to the code of conduct. In charge of organizing tournaments that GGN will host . “Must be active on the Forums”
Chief Networking Officer “C.N.O.”: This executive officer is in charge of making sure that all users, especially those in administrative positions are trained correctly. This member works hand in hand with the Chief Administrative Officer to insure that all Web Operations and the website itself are running properly. The C.N.O. will oversee workshops for web staff to ensure the training process is detailed and informative. He also is in charge of things that go onto the website, such as applications and things that will improve forum activity. “Must be active on the Forums”
Chief of Media “C.O.M.”: Responsible for the communities media. From video editing, member spotlight and other tasks. Works close with the C.A.O. . Only answers to the C.A.O and C.E.O. “Must be active on the Forums”
Chief of GFX “C.O.G.”: Responsible for all GFX in the community. Is a ADMIN on the website. Makes all GFX for the Website. Works Close with the C.E.O. Only Answers to the C.O.O and C.E.O. “Must be active on the Forums”
Senior Director: Oversees all other Directors making sure they are performing their duties up to standard. “Must be active on the Forums”
Director of Operations: Responsible for his/her divisions, making the best choices for his/her division, and that all questions and requests are being fulfilled in a timely manner.You will report to all administration meetings and give input on future community decisions. Handle all problems that are brought to your attention. Will handle all squad Commanders questions and attend all squad meetings within their division. “Must be active on the Forums”
Operations Officer: Responsible for making sure Commanders are keeping the CMS up to date and helping squads grow. Will step in as acting Commander if needed. Asst the Director of Operations . “Must be active on the Forums”
Commander: In charge of the entire squad with the ability to promote/demote within their squad alone. in charge of squads actions as well as each individual within the squad. Responsible for dealing with any problem that arises within the squad. He/she may approach the Operations Officer if needed. “Must be active on the Forums” * Holds meetings for “A” Company
Lieutenant General: Will run weekly squad meetings as well as making sure the ranks below are conducting their duties appropriately. This is a training position for the future rank of commander. He/she will assist the Commander on any issues that arise within the squad. “Must be active on the Forums” * Holds meetings for “B” Company
Major General: Responsible for posting the squad list on the Golden Gaming Network website (www.theggn.net) every Sunday by 1900 hours EST. Are responsible for checking squad member’s mottoes and bios for accuracy. “Must be active on the Forums” * Holds meetings for “C” Company
Colonel: Oversees the three companies within the squad. Will make sure all squad members are abiding by the Code of Conduct Policy 1-1. Will over see new members and make sure they’re being accommodated in GGN. “Must be active on the Forums” * Holds the second meeting for “B” Company
Lieutenant: Will assist the Lt. Gen. And Lt. Colonel in day to day operations within the squad. “Must be active on the Forums”
Major: Will assist the Major General with the weekly squad list as well as monitoring squad members mottoes and bios. “Must be active on the Forums”
Master Sergeant: Help lower ranks with recruitment, making sure all guidelines are being upheld while recruiting (see policy 1-2). Learn the ranks and duties up to Commander.
Staff Sergeant: Is the introduction to the officer ranks. Oversee all members below and help in any situation that may arise. Must be familiar with the Golden Gaming Network guidelines, including the Code of Conduct (Policy 1-1) and the recruitment process (Policy 1-2). You must attend all squad meetings assigned to you.
Sergeant: This is the highest rank you can achieve without having GGN in your Xbox Live Gamertag. You’re to know the Code of Conduct (Policy 1-1), as well as the ranks and duties up to Master Sergeant . You are to help the ranks below you with the recruitment process (Policy 1-2), and assist with any issues brought to your attention.
Corporal: This is a learning Rank. You are to know the ranks and duties up to Staff Sergeant, as well as studying the Code of Conduct (Policy 1-1) and recruitment process (Policy 1-2). Attend all squad meetings if possible. If you have questions contact the next available rank.
Private First Class: This is a learning Rank. You are to be studying the Code of Conduct (Policy 1-1) and recruitment process (Policy 1-2). Attend all squad meetings if possible and get involved within the squad. If you have questions contact the next available rank.
Private: This is a learning rank. You are to be studying the Code of Conduct (Policy 1-1). Attend as many squad meetings and activities as possible.Social members will retain the rank of private till they’re moved from social status. Must add SC to their Motto. “You may start recruiting at this rank”.
Recruit: This is an introductory rank. Become familiarized with GGN as a whole, ask questions, attend squad meetings and activities as much as possible. ” Must be registered for theggn.net with a valid gamertag or steam account.”
Squad Split: When a squad has reached its maximum capacity of 75 members, the Lieutenant General will take “B” company, Major General will take “C” company to form a new squad, leaving the “A” company to remain and rebuild. All Squads will have Alpha “A”, Bravo “B” and Charlie “C” company’s. 25 members to each company.
Ranks with “Must be Active on The Forums ” have to be active on the forums to obtain those ranks NO exceptions.
